Ingredients:
1 package fresh chicken livers
1 slices thin sliced bacon
Direction:
Make livers easier to handle by
dropping into boiling water. Quickly remove and cool. This
step can be skipped if you don't mind handling raw liver. If
livers are large, cut in half. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around
each piece of liver and secure with round toothpick. Bake at
400 until bacon is crisp.
