Ingredients:

 

2/3 cup soy flour
1/2 cup protein powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup club soda
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener
1/2 cup bacon bits
 

Direction:


Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min. This bread is very light and moist. Enjoy!
