Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops -- (4 to
8)
2 eggs -- beaten pork rinds -
crushed to bread crumb consistency dash seasoned salt -- or
two cooking oil
Direction:
Pound the pork chops to flatten,
dip in egg, then coat with the crushed pork rinds and fry in
oil. Can sprinkle with seasoned salt while cooking.Next time I
make these I am going to make mock mashed potatos and gravy to
go with. Yummm
