Ingredients:

 

1 medium white onion
2 cloves minced garlic
butter1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
 

Direction:


Slice onion into rings. Melt butter in pan, and saute garlic for
about a minute. Add onions. Sprinkle with vinegar. Cook until soft,
then sprinkle with cheese and pepper (to taste). Allow cheese to
melt, then serve.
