Ingredients:

16oz frozen cauliflower
2tbs butter
4 oz cream cheese
1lb bacon cooked and crumbled
8 oz shredded cheddar
thing of green onions chopped?

Direction:

steam or boil cauliflower until totally tender. mash and add butter
and cream cheese. add remaining ingredients, and place in a
casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-45 min until
bubbly.
