Ingredients:
1.5 lbs shrimp 2 tbl olive oil
1 tbl chopped garlic 2 regular cans of diced tomatoes with
green chiles
2 cups mozz. cheese
Direction:
Fry shrimp with garlic in olive
oil until shrimp turns pink. Drain cans of tomatoes and add to
skillet. Bring to boil. Turn down heat and add cheese. Serve
when cheese melts. Quick and easy!!
