Ingredients:
6 pork loin chops (1" thick)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon thyme
1 cup finely crushed pork rinds
6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
3/4 stick butter -- (3/4 to 1)
Direction:
Marinate pork chops in olive
oil, rosemary, thyme & 1/2 tbls pepper overnight. Remove and
cook chops for 5 min each side. Blend softened butter,
horseradish, porkrinds & remaining pepper together. Place on
pork chops and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until topping
is brown & chops are done.
