Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (as many or as few as you need)
Butter
Crushed Garlic (I use the jar kind from Christopher Ranch- 1
carb per tsp.)
Shredded parmesan
1 egg
Toothpicks
Direction:
Beat egg and set aside. Pound
chicken until about 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Put one tablespoon
of butter and one teaspoon of crushed garlic in the center of
the breast. Roll the breast up keeping the butter and garlic
in the middle and secure with toothpicks. Dip chicken in egg
and then in parmesan to coat outside. Cook at 350 for about 20
minutes or until done.
