Ingredients:
2-3 eggs
2-3 Tablespoons heavy cream
dash salt2 dashes cinammon
1/2 teaspon vanilla
Direction:
Blend or whisk well all the
ingredients. Cook in a buttered skillet on medium to
medium-high heat (I like it to turn out to be kind of dry) for
2-3 minutes each side. Serve with butter and/or low-carb syrup
and/or a sprinkling of Splenda.
