Ingredients:

1 pound softened cream cheese

2 tbl xanthan gum

1/2 stick softened butter
1/2 tsp liquiq splenda

Direction:

Beat cream cheese & butter together, sprinkle on xanthan gum very slowley as you are beating it. Spread on cake...especally my zucchini cake recipe.
