Ingredients:

 

1 can salmon 1 egg -- beaten
1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
 

Direction:

 

Combine all ingredients and put into greased breadpan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
