Ingredients:
2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
-- (2 to 3) 1 pound lean ground beef -- cooked and drained
2 cups fresh mushrooms1 small onion -- diced
2 cups your favorite lo carb spaghetti sauce -- or canned
tomatoes
2 cups grated cheese
Direction:
Saute;
mushrooms and onion in 1 tbsp butter. Combine all ingredients
and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
