Chicken (2 cans) Mayo
Hardboiled eggs (2-3) Onion powder
Optional:
bacon bits tomato cheddar (very small cube)
favorite mustard (a little goes a long way)
packet or 2 of splendaRelish (dill is usually lo-carb)
Salt Pepper Tarragon Celery flakes
Direction:
Mix chicken, eggs, spices, and
any optional ingredients, then add enough mayo to make nice
consistancy. I like it as is but you can spread on a leaf of
lettuce if desired. Most ingredients 0 carbs.
