Ingredients:
1 scoop choc protein powder
1/4 c oat bran
1 c bran
1/2 c cream1 large egg
1/2 c Splenda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Direction:
Combine all ingredients. Makes 8 muffins. Bake about 15
minutes.
These are short but so tasty, better than a real muffin.
