2quarts heavycream butter/salt/pepper/haddock/clams/scallops with all juices.you can
add any kind of seafood you like, Most has 0 carbs.

 

Direction:

 

Sautea all seafood in pan with butter until done, add heavy cream,
enjoy!

 

TIP- the longer it sets the better it tastes. add salt &
pepper as you like.
